Registered in 1987, the Florence Hallum Child Abuse Prevention Fund, also known as the Foresters Fund for Children (FFFC) in the UK, aims to prevent child abuse and foster a better quality of life. The organization offers grants to facilitate purchases that aid in its mandate, including for medical equipment, games, toys, and other essential items. In most cases, FFFC directs the funds through vetted small and underfunded child-affiliated groups.

Entirely supported by well-wishers, the Florence Hallum Child Abuse Prevention Fund works with individuals, trustees, and corporations contributing to the central fund. Disbursements occur quarterly to eligible groups and organizations, with requirements including a minimum of ten children under assistance, financial viability, long-term prospects for new groups, transparent accounting structures, and inclusivity in terms of sex, gender, race, and religion. Other deserving groups outside this criterion can qualify on other metrics determined by the trustees.
